One pack will prepare 15 lbs of meat into jerky.
Will work with sliced or ground meat!!

Mix 1/4 teaspoon of cure and 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning for each pound of meat.
All of our jerky products work great on beef, deer, moose,pork elk,buffalo,any wild game,Geese and game birds, fish.
